Terms and Conditions

Stratum Atlas is a product of Stratum Intelligence. It publishes cited research on physical infrastructure buildouts, supply chain constraints, and related capital markets topics. The Stratum Terminal provides structured access to editions, charts, source citations, and analytical tools built on that research.

Stratum Atlas is intended for institutional and professional users. Content is general research and education. It is not tailored personal investment, tax, or legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Stratum Atlas. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Access to certain materials or the full Terminal may be limited to subscribers or approved users. We may refuse or revoke access at our discretion for any reason permitted by law.

You must provide accurate information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Terminal through your account unless we have authorized that arrangement in writing.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms and Conditions have been violated, if your subscription has ended, or for security or operational reasons.

Some features of Stratum Atlas require a paid subscription or separate agreement. Fees, billing terms, and renewal conditions will be presented to you before you are charged or before access is granted under a commercial agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in your order form or subscription agreement, fees are non refundable except where required by law.

All content on Stratum Atlas, including text, data, charts, methodologies, software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Stratum Intelligence or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to access and use the content for your internal business purposes in accordance with your subscription or our written permission.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit Atlas content except as expressly allowed. You may not remove copyright notices, source attributions, or proprietary markings.

Source citations in our research identify third party materials we rely on. Those materials remain subject to their own terms and copyrights.

You agree not to misuse Stratum Atlas. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, interfering with service operation, introducing malware, harvesting data through automated means without permission, or using the service in violation of applicable law.

You agree not to present Atlas research as your own work product without permission and not to misrepresent the scope, certainty, or authorship of our analysis.

Nothing on Stratum Atlas is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to engage in any transaction. Research may discuss companies, industries, or instruments for illustrative purposes. Mention of a company or security does not constitute an endorsement or a suggestion to invest.

You are solely responsible for your investment and business decisions. You should consult your own advisors before acting on any information from Stratum Atlas.

We strive for accuracy and cite primary sources where possible. Research reflects information available at the time of publication. Industries, policies, and markets change. We do not warrant that any content is complete, current, or error free.

We may update, correct, or withdraw content without notice. Edition numbers and publication dates indicate the point in time to which research applies.

Stratum Atlas may link to third party websites or integrate with third party authentication and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Stratum Atlas is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratum Intelligence and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of Stratum Atlas.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions or your use of Stratum Atlas will not exceed the greater of one hundred United States dollars or the amount you paid us for access to the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stratum Intelligence and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from your misuse of Stratum Atlas or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes arising under these terms lies in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes may also be communicated to registered users. Continued use of Stratum Atlas after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
